I’m Mantas Rudzinskas, a professional chef with around a decade of international culinary experience across Estonia, Norway, Scotland, Ireland, Lithuania, and Poland. I’ve honed my craft in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, Michelin-starred kitchens, and large-scale event catering environments.

Throughout my journey, I’ve worked my way up from Chef de Partie to Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef, leading teams, crafting menus, and delivering consistent, high-level service. Notably, I served as Sous Chef at the two-Michelin-starred “180 Degrees by Matthias Diether” in Estonia and Junior Sous Chef at Britannia Hotel in Norway — both experiences that sharpened my precision, creativity, and leadership.

My culinary style is driven by a deep respect for ingredients, technique, and culture. I focus on seasonal, sustainable, and honest food, combining modern approaches with timeless flavors. From intimate private dinners to high-volume banquets, I bring professionalism, calm under pressure, and a passion for excellence to every plate.

Now, with my mobile concept “MR Chef Table,” I’m taking my skills on the road — offering private dining, catering, BBQ experiences, and creative food events across Lithuania and Europe.
